• These must be applied to a glass or plastic surface only (applying to a metal surface will interfere with the electronics inside the tags and will cause delays upon loading or potentially will not lode the data. This also includes false windows where the metal is behind the glass and fridges).

• The tags are locked so once the data is entered this cannot be changed (PLEASE ENSURE YOUR INSTAGRAM IS ENTERED CORRECTLY, WE TEST PRIOR TO SENDING BUT IF YOUR INSTAGRAM IS ENTERED BY YOURSELF INCORRECTLY, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE).

• To read the tag your phone must be nfc compatible and have this turned on (if you can use apple pay or pay contactless via your device you have this).

• Please apply in the same way as a normal vinyl ensuring no cleaning product and or wax is left on the surface and the surface is dry, this will ensure the best adhesion, AS ALWAYS CAUTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN WHEN JETWASHING, DO NOT DIRECTLY HOLD JETWASH ON VINYL.

• The electronics for the tag are on the back on the vinyl so take care when applying not to damage.

Apply to a warm, dry window, free from product, Heat Gun Advised.

Standard despatch time is 1-5 working days, some products are made to order so please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us about your order.

Due to products being personalised returns are only accepted in the event of a faulty products.
